Welcome... Dr. Ron Briglia's West Chester dental practice has the unique status of providing the ultimate in relaxed dentistry and state-of-the-art reconstructive, restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Briglia's commitment to excellence is demonstrated by his extensive Post Graduate training. He is an alumnus of advanced dental education programs and pursues ongoing coursework and hands-on instruction in comprehensive and preventive dentistry.

Additionally, his team includes two doctors with broad training and experience in dental implants and endodontic therapy. Both dentists work in our office, improving convenience and cost effectiveness. Dr. John Nikas, a periodontal specialist, provides advanced periodontal care and places implants. Dr. Glenn Schreiber, a general dentist, emphasizes root canal therapy, which alleviates tooth pain and saves teeth.

Three highly trained dentists, collaborating in one location, focusing on one patient's comprehensive treatment, can make greater strides towards completing what might have taken additional appointments. This teamwork approach saves time and simplifies scheduling while delivering exceptional results.

A Collaboration Example: First, a no-obligation consultation is scheduled with Dr. Briglia or one of the other dentists. During a second office visit a complete examination is performed. After Dr. Briglia’s thorough diagnosis, a treatment plan is developed and presented at the next appointment.

Depending on the extent of treatment, our entire dentist team may be involved – working in the most effective collaborative manner. Dr. Schreiber, a general dentist, who limits his practice to endodontic therapy, treats our patients who need root canals in a kind, gentle way. Patients love his humorous and relaxed chair-side manner as he painlessly completes their care in a comfortable appointment. Dr. Nikas, a Board Certified Periodontal Specialist, helps our patients prevent tooth loss with periodontal care as well as aesthetic gum re-contouring to improve "gummy smiles", which is completed before other cosmetic enhancements. He can also place dental implants to replace missing teeth or to secure loose dentures.

Schedule your way to renewed health and a confident smile. Monday through Thursday, 8am to 5pm, our regular schedule, works for many patients. Yet, for some it is extremely hard at any point during the year to steal even a few hours for a treatment visit. Other patients will avoid seeking treatment – especially extensive work – unless they are assured of a high level of confidentiality.

Special arrangements can be made (including some Weekend and Friday appointments) to treat patients with especially busy schedules who might otherwise delay care indefinitely. Patients traveling long distances can benefit as well. Whatever your schedule challenges are or what circumstances are holding you back, Dr. Briglia and his team will strive to expand their treatment schedule to fit yours.

Dr. Briglia knows what makes someone fearful or phobic about dentistry. "My childhood dentist did not use Novocain during my appointments. Even a week before my dental appointment my fears would start to build up. As I walked across the street to his office, my heart would pound and my hands would get sweaty. I imagine my handprints are still on the sides of his chairs in his office reception area and treatment room."
