The West Chester Food Cupboard is a not-for-profit organization on Gay Street, providing food assistance to West Chester residents in need. It lives up to its slogan, “neighbors caring for neighbors.” Among those neighbors are Dr. Ron Briglia and the team at Total Confidence Dentistry.

The food bank’s mission is simple – “We believe that no one should go hungry and that there is enough food for everyone.” In support of this mission, and as a West Chester Rotary Club member, Dr. Briglia will be sponsoring the West Chester Food Cupboard for Thanksgiving 2011 and on an on-going basis.

Our team at Total Confidence Dentistry will be collecting fresh fruits and vegetables, non-perishable food items, personal care and household items. Items for the Food Cupboard can be dropped off at our dental office at 600 East Marshall Street, Suite 201 in West Chester, Pa. We are asking our patients and non-patient community members to think about dropping off one or two needed items from the lists at our office or at the Food Cupboard. We have many patient visits each month, and if each patient can bring in one item from the lists, it would make a huge difference for the less fortunate members of our community. We will be a drop off point where items can be donated at our office during business hours and after outside our second floor office. Please call our office if you have any questions about our program to provide support to the Food Cupboard.
